HELLO WELCOME BACK
Well, welcome back to all my beautiful kittens...
I have missed each and every single one of you :)
I know that we have been far apart from each other for a long time, and I apologize for the distance...it's not you... it's me.
The time is 8:34 pm and I just got done cooking a lentil soup that I believe is quite tasty. I saw the recipe online (as a Gen Z person would do) and saw how easy it was to make. It has lots of fiber in it and it is good for your digestion... which is an area that I struggle in. I also have been waiting a while to watch the new season of The Bear (which is one of my favorite shows ever) because I have been super busy with other work.
I would also like to add that for this weeks topic... we do not have one. I think it is going to be a random rant... so the sky is the limit. OH WAIT NO I LIED I JUST THOUGHT OF SOMETHING! AHHHH!
Have you ever been a super fan of Nickelodeon? I know I was. I am talking all the hit shows like SpongeBob, iCarly, Victorious, and El Tigre (ifykyk). However, Nickelodeon could never fully defeat Disney when it came to original movies. I mean... Disney came out with The Cheetah Girls, Hannah Montana, Camp Rock, 16 wishes, and Radio Rebel. "No... I'm Radio Rebel.." (cue the Debby Ryan hair tuck). However, there is one movie that I feel that Disney could not beat.
RAGS: This movie was produced by Nickelodeon that included the singer Max Schneider, and Drake Bell. Keke palmer was the love interest and Avan Jogi was there...and Nick Cannon... and..... other actors whose names are not relevant at the moment. If you have ever seen this movie, you would know that someone worked extra hard on the songs. They did not have to go that hard on the track.
"I FOLLOW MY DREAAAAAAAAAAAAAMS..."
That song... chefs kiss*
The entire movie talks about a boy named Charlie who had 2 step brothers and was under the custody of his step father. It's basically Cinderella but in a male form. If you have not seen the movie yet... I suggest you go watch it. It is worth every second. AND THE MASQUERADE SCENE?? Don't even get me started. Charlie was way too fine to be acting in that movie. Also, Keke Palmer will always be that girl.
Okay moving on..
Have you ever seen Sex in the City? Don't get me started on this disaster of a TV show. All I'm saying is that Samantha needed to have her spin off show and Carrie needed to dump Big once and for all. How could Carrie continue suffering the idea of a situationship? Like?? Girl- if he don't claim you, what are you doing with your life? Dump him. He doesn't want to make it official. The only girl on there who I was also disappointed in was Miranda. STEVE... REALLY? SKID MARK STEVE? Dump him too.
I feel like Big just wanted a brown haired wife at the end of the day who dwelled in making casseroles and wearing pearl necklaces. That kind of girl who was stable in her mental health but passionate when it came to intimacy. And for Carrie, she should have ended up with Aidan. Aidan was such a loving soul who actually admired her crazy idealistic mentality. He adored her need for fashion even when he did not understand at first. He was just a good guy. Then you have BIG. Why was he in the show? Like what was his role in Carrie's life? He did nothing for her and yet she still went back to him. Sorry for the rant, I just get so upset over how little he tried to make her his.
AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD CAN WE BRING BACK KITCHEN NIGHTMARES? That show I used to binge watch when I was 12 and I watched the ones with the hardcore bad words. Many restaurants are giving low quality and Gordon is the only one who can help these owners. Also, STOP CHARGING $6 for a taco... THAT IS RIDICULOUS! As a Latina, I find that offensive. Gordon, sweetie... come and fix this.
Okay, I think that is all for today... I hope to be posting again soon... but yeah :)
Bye..
